It may be a lens flare, but to me it looks like a ship inside of some sort of shield?

 Check out the star charts in engineering! Those look quite ... full!

As to the ship Jatal...It looks as though it might be an Olympic class upgrade. I got the image up at 1280px × 720px and can make out a registry on her bow... but that is about it. She has the lines of the Olympic class.
 Is that a shuttle off her nose though? Or a ship farther away?
