Mission question

In the Delta Volanis cluster (right next door to the Sirius Sector Block), there is a mission where you have to explore like 3 systems. In one system (Phi-486) you have to do a relief effort mission to deliver 10 provisions to the planet, but I explored all around there and couldn't find a thing, nor anyone that sells this stuff. What do you do to complete the mission? I think you get the mission from Admiral Quinn at the Spacedock.

Had that same problem today.  I was told about the replicator, however, my only had foodstuffs and hypersprays.  I needed shield generators.  I dropped the mission and just flew around until the game shut down on me.

There is also a "supplies" officer in the "Tailor" area of Earth Sol Station and there is probably one in the other starbases too.

He/She should sell what you need.

You can also get the provisions from the starfleet merchant ships that are in sector space

I couldn't find them in my replicator, but I did see the Commodities dealer on the the Earth Space Dock sells them for 100 energy credits, and I got one as an item pick up from a ground battle as as well.

In beta they were available via the replicator but I guess they disabled that.
